Jørgen is a trained academy
economist, educated in International
Business at the Export Academy. For
two years he studied International
Development at the University of
Gothenburg. Before initiating
Grobund ApS he had several jobs in
the management of leading Danish
export businesses. 

He has project management
experience from the former
municipalities Støvring and Nørager
and from political work.

Jørgen is an experienced coach
and has for many years conducted
large and small processes in private
and public organisations. He is known
for maintaining the higher
perspective while at the same time
creating the necessary
enthusiasm on individual level
to ensure change.

Jørgen is an authority within
conducting processes. He has a great
sense of humour and contributes with
contagious enthusiasm.
 

During winter Jørgen loves to
challenge the elements with skiing.
