The culture of an organisation is the

fuel for reaching desired visions and

aims. The culture may be described

as the common opinion and

understanding which control our

feelings and actions. 

 

Culture is a concept known by all but

difficult to put into words. While

conscientious acknowledgement of

your thoughts, your feelings and

your actions in cooperation with

other people – as a voluntary

person, in an organisation or at your

place of work. Consciousness

-making is the premise for being able

to work in a goal-directed manner

towards moving the culture in a
