Man is driven by the dream of a better world. The dream may unite an
organisation, an enterprise or a village around an action. A common aim
creates motivation and involvement.

Vision work is the basis for elaborating on a strategy.
The strategy is a description of the realization of the vision. Grobund starts
developing the strategy using imput from everyone in the orgination. All staff
members must know the strategy of the firm and should be able to see his/her
role in relation to the realization of the strategy.
We wish to strengthen the development of ownership and responsibility which
are important qualities for carrying out changes and creating innovative
culture.
