Every now and then we have big

misunderstandings. That is

particularly hard on voluntary

associations, where personal

engagement is the fuel. 

Grobund ApS has experience

and success mediating in conflicts in

rural areas and may enter as the

third party in a mediating course.
 

Grobund ApS also has experience in

contributing to reconciliation after

years or even decades of

disagreements. 

Conflicts contain both positive and

negative energies. We see it as an

interesting challenge to contribute to

the turning of a situation from minus

to plus.
