The vision workshop is similar to
the vision workshop but has
no critique phase. A vision workshop
contains the following 3 phases:
A status phase during which
focus is on strengths and
resources
A vision phase where
the participants are free to bring
forward ideas and visions
for future development
A reality phase during which
visions are prioritized and
concrete actions plans are
created in order for the visions
to be realized.

results in a subsequent report.

A Vision workshop requires a

room with the possibility to set tables
